Last weekend was a busy weekend for the Rodgers family. We started out Saturday morning and went to Fairmont for Klay and Kynlee's birthday party. Evan was lucky enough to get to go on a plane ride with Klay and Kynlee's uncle Lee (see pic. below). The first time we asked him if he wanted to go he said "no", but later on in the day he decided to do it. Evan, Matt, and Grandpa Sullivan went up for a little while, they had a great time and Avery and I were happy to see them back on the ground :)
After the party we left for St. Charles to stay with the Sikkink's before heading out to the Dells. On Sunday the Rodgers' and the Sikkink's left for the Kalahari Resort, it was AWESOME! We stayed there Sunday night and Monday night and went back to St. Charles on Tuesday. The resort had tons of water slides and a theme park, which included activities for all ages. I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants a nice little 2 day get away. By the time we got home on Wednesday that kids were EXHAUSTED. It was a great time and hopefully we can do it again next year.
